  1. Prepare the Surface

    • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and level.

    • Repair any cracks or imperfections.

  2. Gather Your Tools and Materials

    • Mosaic tiles

    • Tile adhesive

    • Notched trowel

    • Tile cutter

    • Sponge and bucket

    • Grout

    • Sealer (optional)

  3. Plan Your Layout

    • Dry fit the tiles to determine the best arrangement.

    • Mark reference lines for alignment.

  4. Apply Tile Adhesive

    • Use the notched trowel to spread adhesive on the surface.

    • Work in small sections to prevent the adhesive from drying out.

  5. Place the Mosaic Tiles

    • Press the tiles into the adhesive, following your layout.

    • Use spacers to maintain even gaps between tiles.

  6. Grout the Tiles

    • Once the adhesive has set, remove spacers and apply grout.

    • Wipe off excess grout with a damp sponge.

    • Allow the grout to cure as per the manufacturer's instructions.

  7.  Cleaning.

The cleaning process will need to be repeated multiple times. Begin by using a special scouring pad on the epoxy joints. Next, clean again with a special sponge designed for epoxy joints. Continue this process until the mosaic is thoroughly clean. Once clean, let the grout dry.

Approximately 24 hours after installing the mosaic, use a post-construction cleaning product to achieve a flawless finish.
